Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 2 to 4 to provide police protection/security to the petitioners for harvesting their paddy crop from their land i.e. 34 kanals 18 marlas situated in village Jalalpura, Tehsil & District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that petitioners had made complaints dated 10.9.2017 (Annexure P6) to respondent No.3Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural (Majitha), District Amritsar and dated 25.9.2017 (Annexure P7) to respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Punjab, but the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural (Majitha), District Amritsar, is directed to look into the representation dated 10.9.2017 (Annexure P6) Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.10.04 16:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
