AT CHANDIGARH Criminal Misc. No. M- 37174 of 2015 Date of Decision: 31.10.2015 Kulbeer Singh --Petitioner.

Vs.

State of Haryana and others --Respondents.

CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK Present : Mr. Keshav Pratap Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner-complainant, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeks directions against the prosecuting agency and learned trial court to expedite trial in FIR No.254 dated 16.12.2012 under Sections 420/467/468/471/406/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 31, Faridabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the prosecuting agency is not taking any interest in the trial, even the charges could not be framed by the learned trial court against the accused-respondents so far, despite expiry of a period of more than two and a half years. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
