**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 123 dated 11.10.2015 registered at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga under Sections 306, 34 IPC which was subsequently converted under Section 304-B IPC.

The petitioner is the husband who is in custody since 11.10.2015.

State counsel has informed that 6 witnesses out of 12 witnesses have been examined. The case is stated to be fixed for 13.12.2016. I have heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State counsel.

The death has taken place in the matrimonial home within 31⁄2 years of the marriage. Petitioner is the husband. The trial is proceeding at a fast pace. The allegations are serious.

No case for bail is made out.
