(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy as available in law.

Ordered accordingly.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner No. 1 is a lady aged 49 years whereas petitioner No. 2 is a man aged 62 years and they are required to travel from Bhucho Kalan, Bathinda to Malerkotla on every date of hearing.

In this view of the matter, the petitioners are granted exemption from personal appearance before the trial Court subject to the following conditions: - (i) They will be represented by a counsel;

(ii) They will not delay/stall the proceedings of the trial Court;

CRM-M-46841 of 2024 is recorded in their absence but in presence of their counsel;

(v) They will appear before the trial Court as and when required by the trial Court and any other condition which the trial Court may impose.
