******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.192 dated 24.09.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 485/486/420/120-B of Indian Penal Code; 103/104 of Trade Marks Act, 1999 and 63/64 of Copyright Act, 1957, at Police Station Division no. 7, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that costs as per order dated 04.09.2018 has been deposited and the petitioner has also appeared before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail. The next date fixed for consideration on framing of charge is 13.11.2018. Keeping in view the fact that petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 04.09.2018 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- JITENDER KUMAR 2018.10.20 10:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
