(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 105 dated 29.05.2016, registered at Police Station Badhra, District Bhiwani, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 363/366-A/376-1/120-B IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is friend of Karamvir and the prosecutrix had peformed sex with him, as per her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C Further the age of the prosecutrix was 17 1⁄2 years at the time of alleged incident. As per her statement, she has not levelled any allegation of rape against the present petitioner.
