**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 102 dated 1.6.2015, registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 IPC and Section 4 and 8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Division No. 4, Ludhiana.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 4.9.2018 passed by this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the Court below and interim bail was allowed. Copy of the order has been placed on record.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 4.9.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
