Pursuant to the interim order passed by this court, the petitioner has already put in appearance before the trial court. Without expression of any opinion regarding reasonableness of absence of the petitioner on 31.8.2016 before the trial court, the petition is allowed. Interim order dated 24.10.2016 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the condition that he will continue to appear before the trial court and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause.
