(ORAL) Present petition has been filed with the following substantive prayer:- "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that a direction be kindly issued to respondent No.2 to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members who are being harassed and pressurized by the respondents No.3 and 4 to withdraw his complaint with a further prayer to get the matter enquired from some senior police officials outside the District Moga as the respondents No.3 and 4 are having good political links in RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2019.10.01 10:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Reply by way of affidavit of DSP has been filed in which it has been stated that the petitioner earlier also made two similar complaints which after inquiry were found to be without substance. Even recently also another complaint was made which has again been found to be without substance.
Only the proceedings under Sections 107/151 Cr.P.C. were initiated against the petitioner and his co-accused Karamjit Singh. In view thereof, this petition is disposed of relegating the petitioner to avail his alternative remedy.
