Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 65 dated 2.9.2015 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ('Act' for short), registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa.

Heard.

As per the prosecution case, four vials of Rexcof 100 ML each were recovered from the petitioner. Report of the Chemical Examiner is still awaited. Petitioner is in custody since 2.9.2015. On an query put by this Court, learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Sukhpal Singh, has submitted that petitioner is not involved in any other case under the Act.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of GURPREET SINGH 2015.11.05 16:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
