However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition but he prays that the petitioner is behind the bars since long and therefore, a direction be given to learned trial Court to conclude the trial and decide the case pending before it at the earliest possible.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same.
