**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 147 of 23.07.2016 under Section 363/366-A/376/120-B IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana.

Mr. S.K. Pruthi, Mediator stated that he along with the petitioner and her husband-Daya Shankar had made strenuous efforts to locate the son of the petitioner but whereabouts of the son of the petitioner is now known to anyone. The husband of the daughter of the complainant is not in touch with the petitioner and her husband.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
