Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR bearing No. 0087 dated 30.11.2017 registered under Section 363/366(A) of IPC at Police Station Balongi, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sarabjit Singh, Police Station Balongi, District SAS Nagar, informs that the accused/petitioners herein, have been acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar vide judgment dated 01.03.2024 passed in Case No. RBT 112/29.10.2021/24.12.2021 titled as State vs. Madhuri and others, in case FIR No. 87 dated 30.11.2017 registered under Section 363, 366, 366A, 120B IPC at Police Station Balongi. A copy of the said judgment is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the DIVYANSHI 2024.03.21 10:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
