Counsel submits that the civil suit i.e. CS/2046/2017 titled 'Bhupinder Singh @ Bhupinder Singh Mangat v/s Inderpal Singh @ Inderpal Singh Mangat and others', qua which the order passed on an application under Section 10 CPC, was challenged, vide the present revision petition, has since been withdrawn.

As such, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.
