**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 331 dated 25.12.2017, registered under Sections 376, 341, 323, 148, 149, 506 IPC enhanced later on, Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar.

State counsel submits that Section 325 IPC was added which has not been mentioned in the petition.

On oral request made by counsel for the petitioner, Section 325 IPC is added in the petition.

Registry to make necessary additions in the head note as well as prayer clause of the petition.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 4.9.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
