***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that he has received instructions from DGP, Haryana. According to the same, prosecution shall endeavour to examine its witnesses at the earliest. Besides, case has already been committed to the Sessions Court and is fixed for 04.04.2019 for framing charges.

In view of above, Ms. Mann submits that she may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh after some prosecution witnesses are examined.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
