Mr. Lajpat Sharma, Advocate for Ms. Garima Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J . (Oral) Petitioner seeks bail pending trial in FIR No.716 dated 26.09.2014 under Sections 302/201/34 IPC registered at P.S Bhiwani Sadar, District Bhiwani.

Learned state counsel submits that the prosecution evidence has already been closed and the next date of hearing before the learned trial Court is 16.11.2015 for recording the defence evidence, if any. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press this petition, at this stage and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
