(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of FIR No.206 dated 24.12.2019 lodged for offence under Sections 376AB and 506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 (Anexure P-1) at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga and all subsequent proceedings arisen therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).
