**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.51 dated 20.05.2021 registered under Sections 21/22 of the NDPS Act (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station City Rampura, District Bathinda.

Notice of motion was issued on 17.06.2021 on the ground that the petitioner was nominated on the basis of disclosure statements of co-accused namely Harpreet Singh and Buta Singh. Interim anticipatory bail was also granted to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 17.06.2021, petitioner has joined AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2021.09.22 16:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.23280 of 2021(O&M) the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Renu Bala submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 22.06.2021 and he is no more required for further investigation in the case.

In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 17.06.2021 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
