(Oral) The only limited prayer made in the present petition is that the petitioner is willing to settle the matter with the respondents since the land in question is ancestral land. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further contended that he is willing to pay the entire amount as well as any expenses which could have been incurred by the respondents. Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the Executing Court in accordance with law. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
