CRM-M-37234-2015:

Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in a case arising out of FIR No. 218, dated 28.7.2014, for the offence punishable under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station, City, Kapurthala.

Vide order dated 31.10.2015, the case was adjourned for 11.12.2015. However, in view of the prayer made in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 37038 of 2015, the same is preponed and taken on today's board.

In view of above order passed in CRM-37038-2015, present petition, is dismissed as withdrawn.
