KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Case has been heard through video conferencing on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already undergone the entire sentence imposed on him by the trial Court. This fact has not been refuted by the State counsel, rather from the perusal of the custody certificate it stands proved that the petitioner has been released from the prison after completion of total sentence on 11.12.2021 and he had also paid the fine.

In view of the above, the present petition is hereby disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
