******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Tarsem Singh submits that nine out of ten witnesses have since been examined and next date fixed before the trial Court is 20.07.2017. As the trial in this case is at final stage and keeping in view the fact that petitioner is involved in another case registered under NDPS Act at Police Station City Malout, I find no reason to extend the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Dismissed.
