(Oral) The petitioners herein have sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.0050 dated 07.05.2021 registered at Police Station Rohadai, District Rewari, under Sections 406, 420, 506 read with Section 34 IPC. Status-report filed on behalf of the respondent-State, by way of the affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kosli, District Rewari, is already available on the file and the same is taken on the record.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from HC Bharat from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 18.06.2021 as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, all the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they have also deposited the amount of POOJA SHARMA 2022.02.21 17:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M No. 23514 of 2021 -2Rs.1,00,000/- (rupees one lac only) in terms of the above-said order. Keeping in view the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioners namely Leelawati, Karan Singh, Dinesh Kumar and Praveen by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 18.06.2021, is hereby made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 21.02.2022 (MEENAKSHI I.
