(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance which is being raised by the petitioner is that though the amount of `2,03,013/- has already been sanctioned by the competent authority as medical reimbursement, but the actual amount has not been released to her and she needs the same amount to undergo the treatment. As per the averments made in the writ petition, petitioner took treatment of knees replacement from 09.05.2018 to 16.05.2018 and the amount spent by her, amounting to `2,03,013/-, has already been approved by the respondents on 10.08.2018 .

As per the averments made in the writ petition, the abovesaid amount has not been released to the petitioner without any valid justifiable reason. For the relief, which has been sought in the present writ petition, the petitioner has also served the respondents with a legal NARESH KUMAR 2019.05.08 15:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Interest of justice will be served, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said legal notice by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner in the present petition, the respondents are directed to decide the legal notice dated 11.03.2019 (Annexure P-2) by passing an appropriate speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case after the decision, it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefit, the same shall also be released to her within a period of next three months.

Present writ petition stands disposed of.
