The limited prayer in the present petition is that the revision petition filed by the petitioners is pending before the concerned authority i.e. respondent No.1-Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala Cantt. However, the application for stay has not been decided and in the interregnum the proceedings for execution are continuing.

Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that she limits her prayer and would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed off with a direction to decide the revision petition filed by the petitioners in a time-bound manner.

Mr. Saurabh Mago, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and has pointed out that the revision itself is listed for arguments on 08.04.2026 and the same would be heard and decided in JITENDER KUMAR 2026.03.31 11:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed off with a direction that the revision petition be decided by respondent No.1Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala Cantt. preferably within a period of three weeks from today as the matter is stated to be listed for arguments on 08.04.2026. Learned State counsel has assured the Court that till then no coercive steps would be taken against the petitioners. 6.
Disposed off in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
