(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.296 dated 19.09.2017 under Sections 307, 452, 324, 323, 294, 295, 506, 148/149 IPC, Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, Sections 3/4 of SC/ST Act and Section 67 of I.T. Act, at Police Station Baldev Nagar, District Ambala.
Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated February 08, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated February 08, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
