(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim for appointment to the post of Primary Teacher under DESM General category against advertisement 02/2012 dated 08.11.2012, category 2, in Mewat cadre. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that Secretary of the Commission has already sent a letter dated 10.02.2025 to the second respondent/Director General, Elementary Education, recommending the petitioner for appointment as PRT under DESM General category. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that in the earlier round of litigation, this Court vide order dated 20.12.2022 passed in Civil Writ Petition No.679 of 2014, had issued the following directions, 'needless to say that in the event of selection and PAYAL 2025.02.13 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-8932-2024 -2appointment, the petitioner shall not be entitled to monetary benefits for period till joining service on the principles of 'no work no pay' but shall be entitled to notional benefits and shall be put at the bottom of the seniority list'. 4.

In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as PRT under DESM General category in Mewat cadre subject to his fulfilling the eligibility conditions, and give him notional service benefits from the date other selected candidates pursuant to the advertisement in question have been appointed, and place him at the bottom of the seniority list. These directions shall be carried out by the respondents within a period of four weeks from receiving a certified copy of the order.
