Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of a direction to Special Judge, Ludhiana to expedite the trial in case titled 'State of Punjab versus Dheeraj Kumar @ Soni'. Heard.

In the present case, trial is pending before the Trial Court for the last about six months. Hence, at this stage, no ground for interference by this Court is made out. Dismissed.
