(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of the order dated 10.02.2020 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, whereby, the summoning order dated 14.08.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Patiala in compliant No.2540/2019 dated 31.07.2019 titled as "Chamkaur Singh Vs. Ashok Kumar" under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, has been set aside. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
