This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 for getting a free and a fair investigation in FIR No.131 dated 08.03.2020 under Sections 323, 406, 498A, 506 of the India Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the State-respondent Nos.1 to 4 has pointed out that respondent No.5 stands acquitted in the above-said FIR vide judgment dated 30.05.2022.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
