**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction for protecting the life and liberty of the petitioners from respondent Nos. 3 to 5 and further direction to State police to issue seven days advance notice to the petitioners, in case required in any investigation. In this regard they have also approached the authorities by way of representation/complaint dated 20.09.2017 Annexure P-1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.1-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar be directed to look into the representation/complaint dated 20.09.2017 Annexure P-1, in a time bound manner.

Mr. A.S. Dhaliwal, learned D.A.G., Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be handed over to him by learned counsel for the petitioners during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that the representation/complaint dated 20.09.2017 Annexure P-1 will be decided within a period of four weeks.
