- 8 % Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondents No.2 to 5 to constitute an independent and competent technical team and to conduct a complete, comprehensive, impartial, transparent and record-based technical measurement/verification/assessment of all development works undertaken and executed by the petitioner during his entire tenure from year 2019 up to September, 2025.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies, in accordance with law. 3.
