(Oral) This is the petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of order of the learned trial Court dated 10.04.2019 (Annexure P6) and directions to the learned trial Court to frame charges under Sections 307, 327, 377, 387 and 506 IPC as made out in FIR No.103 dated 16.08.2018 registered at Women P.S. Gurugram. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the order dated 10.04.2019 has already been set aside and, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
