(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to hand over the investigation to some independent Agency pertaining to FIR No.284 dated 18.04.2023 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 506 IPC and Section 201 IPC added later on at Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with a liberty to avail alternative remedy available to him in accordance with law.
