**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Grievance of the petitioners is that the official respondents are in the process of installing sewerage pipes 21⁄2 feet higher from the level of the houses of the petitioners on the instructions of respondent No.6 who happens to be the Sarpanch of the village. The ongoing process shall cause irreparable loss to the petitioners and may also cause hygiene problem to the inhabitants of the area.

Precisely for the grievance in question, the petitioners have filed number of representations including representation dated 24.09.2021 before the Worthy Chief Minister, Punjab, representation dated 23.07.2021 before respondents No.2 and 3 collectively and representation dated 18.04.2022 exclusively to respondent No.2.

CWP No. 10846 of 2022 -2At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case their representation dated 18.04.2022 is directed to be decided by respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Aakanksha, A.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon any response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.
