  **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.968 dated 05.12.2015, registered at Police Jind City, District Jind, under Section 420 IPC, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Vide order dated 04.09.2018, a Coordinate Bench of this Court, had adjourned the case sine die. More than four years have elapsed since then. Neither any application has been moved nor any request made for listing the petition for hearing.

Even, as per the Office report, the counsel for the petitioner was telephonically informed regarding the last order passed in the present petition. Despite that, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It, thus, seems that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
