Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0050, dated 07.06.2021, under Sections 323, 354-A, 451 IPC and Section 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Charkhi Dadri, District Charkhi Dadri. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
