Present appeal pertains to the year 2023. On 22.10.2024 the following order was passed :

" In the pre-lunch session counsel for the appellant addressed arguments and on certain queries raised by the Court a request for a pass over was made. Post-lunch when the matter has been taken up, a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of the arguing counsel for the appellant on the ground that he was not feeling well and had to leave the Court. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 24.04.2025.

It is made clear that pendency of the present appeal shall not be an impediment in the continuation of the proceedings before the Executing Court concerned, if any."

Today, the case has been called twice, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
