(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 168 dated 16.08.2017 under Section 304-B, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.4, Ludhiana. This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 01.12.2017 :- "Heard.

The petitioners are directed to join the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer on 03.12.2017 at 11.30 a.m. in the concerned police station.

Post again on 10.01.2018.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners by the Arresting Officer, they shall be released on interim bail subject to the following conditions:- 1.

That they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; 2.

CRM-M-37353-2017 -2inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer and;

That they shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court. "

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from ASI Dhanwant Singh, confirms the factum of joining investigation by the petitioners.

Since the petitioners have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 01.12.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
