The present petition has been filed under Section 407 CrPC for seeking transfer of the trial arising out of FIR No.84 dated 06.03.2018 registered under Sections 323, 452, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Ladwa, Kurukshetra to a Court of competent jurisdiction any any other District outside Kurukshetra.

Learned State counsel refers to para 6 of the reply dated 01.11.2018 filed by way of affidavit of Ramesh Gulia, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ladwa, District Kurukshetra, to submit that petitioners are being represented by a Senior lawyer of their choice namely Sh. Gurmej Singh, Advocate, a position not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. 4.
