MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.63 dated 30.03.2024 under Sections 120-B, 416, 420, 467, 468, 471, 511 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Panipat City. 2.

Vide order dated 10.05.2024, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the said order reads as under:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is working as a Junior Associate in the chambers of an Advocate and on the asking of her Senior Associate, she identified a surety, who in fact was not Gaurav but one Narinder. Learned counsel submits that she is a young Counsel and has no criminal history; whatever had been done by her was as per the instructions given by her Senior Associate."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 10.05.2024, the petitioner has joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. 4.

CRM-M-19522-2024 -2factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. He on further instructions submits that the petitioner is not required for further investigation much less for her custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 10.05.2024 is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
