On the asking of the Court, Mr. J.S.Brar, AAG, Punjab, for the respondent, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. A copy of the paper book be handed over to him.

The petition stands disposed off with direction to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners (Annexure P5) within the framework of law. Meanwhile, in case any instance of threat is brought to the notice of the police by the petitioners, they will act into it expeditiously, in accordance with law.
