.!7 $ Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondents No.1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action on the complaint dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) and legal notice dated 19.01.2026 (Annexure P-2) submitted by the petitioners against respondents No.6 to 10.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies, in accordance with law. 3.
