Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in complaint case No. 573/09 under Section 7/16 of Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 and under Rule 32 and 50 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules, 1955.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this court on 03.11.2014:- "Notice of motion for 08.1.2015.

In the meantime, petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court and the Trial Court shall release the petitioner on interim bail subject to its satisfaction."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has surrendered before GURPREET SINGH 2015.01.08 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-37418 of 2014 -2the Trial Court and has furnished interim bail. Accordingly, the interim bail furnished by the petitioner before the Trial Court, in pursuance to the order dated 03.11.2014, is made absolute.
