This fact has not been disputed that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court. He has joined the proceedings and has been admitted to interim bail in compliance of the order dated 3.11.2014, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for the complainant has also not disputed this factual position that the petitioner has already joined the proceedings and is participating in the trial. He has simply prayed that as the complaint pertains to the year 2011, the trial Court may be directed to expedite the conclusion of the trial.

In view of above, the order dated 3.11.2014 granting interim (provisional) bail to the petitioner is hereby made absolute. The trial Court will make strenuous efforts for expeditious disposal of the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2015.04.22 15:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
