Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 370 dated 17.10.2016, registered under Section(s) 148, 149, 323, 307, 452 & 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Moreso, his name has been deleted on the basis of investigation and he is ready to join the investigation. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner was named in the FIR and there are allegations that petitioner along with his co-accused had caused four/five gun shot injuries and the matter requires custodial interrogation, the present petition stands dismissed.
