(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for a direction to respondents No.1 to 4 for getting FIR No.211 dated 05.06.2017 under Section 306 IPC registered at Police Station Basti Jodhewal, Tehsil and District Ludhiana, investigated from some independent agency or from senior police officials outside the District Ludhiana.

I do not find any merit in the present petition. Therefore, the same is hereby dismissed. However, petitioner will be at liberty to represent the concerned Commissioner for redressal of his grievance as raised in the present petition.
