**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioners through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are seeking quashing of FIR No.118 dated 22.03.2014 registered at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 354, 504, 506, 120-B of IPC.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that police after completing investigation has already filed cancellation report and the petitioners can avail remedy as permissible by law. In view of statement of learned State counsel, no further order is warranted. The petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as permissible by law.

Disposed of.
