IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH

CRM-M-37390-2017 Date of decision: 23.08.2018 Harjinder Singh ..... Petitioner

Versus

Sukhbir Singh Hooda ..... Respondent

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN PRESENT: None for the petitioner.

Mr. Chandan Singh, Advocate for the respondent. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Despite the case having been called twice, the petitioner has gone un-represented.

Learned counsel for the respondent by producing duly certified copy of orders dated 01.06.2018 and 15.06.2018, passed by the learned trial Court submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that the petitioner has already been granted bail by the trial Court. The copies of orders dated 01.06.2018 and 15.06.2018 are taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place. Perusal of the file shows that on the previous date also, the petitioner has gone un-represented.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for want of prosecution and having rendered infructuous, as well.
